
An iconic, historic property in downtown St. Paul requires a unique mindset for turning prospects into members. Since most members either work or live downtown, the goal was to penetrate the population within a one mile radius. Using digital media, we made the case for why this fitness center is unique. Convincing the audience took specific targeting and non-traditional follow-through. Tactics included new branding, website brand elements, plus leveraging of existing and new digital targets.
