Hustler Turf Equipment developed a prosumer version of a Zero Turn mower for the high end residential sector. We were tapped to take the product to market in a very crowded environment, and in as efficient manner as possible. We employed a three tiered approach to make a big impact as a challenger brand, stretch dollars and empower dealers. Tactics included brand development, positioning, videos, digital, dealer merchandising and co-op plans.
